management wasn't very experienced. felt like they were threatened by lower level employees with more management experience. micromanaged every part of the day. management was also based on whatever the current popular trend on the market. HR was either great or terrible. the workforce was cliquish and felt like high school. training was ok, but things changed frequently and the role outs were never smooth. suggestions were ignored. management didn't want to hear about problems. quarterly reviews were given, but no incentive to actually tell the truth. company gave out "perks" basically in order to bribe employees into temporary contentment.

poor management, hostile work environment, Fake leadership who pretends to care, but coukd care less. This is a high-school with the cool kids club, and if you aren't apart of that club, you won't get anywhere. No room for growth or advancement, and the "blacklist" is real, once you are in it, you won't get off. If you don't drink the coolaide here, you won't fit in. Wasted many years here, thinking it would get me somewhere, and it got me no where. They will also fight unemployment, just to stick it to you even harder.
