      Pros

      Amazing atmosphere and the company truly cares about its customers and employees. Great benefits. Plenty of opportunity for growth and development.

      Cons

      The open office environment can be distracting, it would be great to have room dividers for teams. The level of service expected compared to other companies in the same field is much higher but pay is comparable and sometimes even less.

      Be prepared to work at a VERY fast pace. There is an opportunity for improvement for parental leave benefits as well as 401(k).

Being an Inker means something and is something to be proud of! - Encouraged and appreciated for bringing my authentic self to work - Challenging work that allows me to flex my creative muscles - A true commitment to developing and engaging employees - Empowered to provide feedback and drive opportunities - Lots of free food, swag, and fun events - Opportunities to volunteer

      Cons

      - Tons of initiatives all at once that can make it difficult to prioritize, and can result in a go, go, go pace - Too many meetings - Very aggressive goals in some areas
