Pros
Amazing incorporation into their company / given a voice in many ways / very open and accepting of many types of people / overall positive workers and reps everywhere / Although part-time, they are helping contribute to a 401K
Cons
My training was rushed due to deadlines that needed to be met, therefore I didn't get the proper grasp and was thrown into the field (they do offer 24/7 help line) / It might be too open, as I've had some fellow employees consistently push different opinions on me to gain followers for their cause or religion
