Commission could be better. Most sales jobs offer more commission.

Approximately 7 months of OT last year to be fired in Jan

They have great benefits, and an amazing work environment. Free lunches once a week

Cons

They worked us to the bone in 2022, having us work overtime for what amounted to 7 months over the course of the year. (We worked 10 hour days for 7/12 months in the year) They also delayed raises for employees based on the promise of a new pay plan. Then in January, when the new pay plan was to be revealed, they laid off everyone in Reno and Charlottesville, all the while maintaining the company had positive financial health in team and company meetings.

Unfortunately, the overtime and the facility closures were prompted by the same factors: consistent staffing challenges and tight labor markets caused by the pandemic.
