      Pros

      Best benefits ever, free lunch/snacks. There is a lot of talk about the "golden rule" but don't expect that to be followed through very often.

      Cons

      Management is very, very under qualified. The issues I encountered seem to be problems to in house production in Dallas only, as I have heard great stuff about this company elsewhere. The day shift associate manager picks and chooses who he wants to see succeed, and if you are not on that list, be expected to be let go for any reason. Escalating issues beyond your manager is discouraged, your immediate manager may even call you "unprofessional" for trying to resolve an issue they can't solve themselves.

      Pros

      The company believes in its employees and customers. Employees are driven to succeed and grow in this fast-paced, results-focused culture. Managers set the bar high but empower their team members to reach personal successes through their good-natured leadership. Emphasis is on individual results; however, there is a strong sense of collaboration. Company offers thorough training. Strong promotion from within for those exceeding expectations. Casual work environment (jeans) is a huge plus. Company supports charity efforts and makes a positive impact in the community.

      Cons

      Expect to work overtime. The internal feedback system needs tweaking.Too frequently reps are mis-using the tool. When reps disagree, they will use the internal system to "ding" other employees.
