Hybrid work schedule. Great game room in Malvern office. Free Keurig coffee.

Cons

Leadership has little experience in banking and less understanding of what jobs people do. Digital Asset customers saved the bank in March but that "moat" is about to be drained by FedNow. spending money on science projects but little to no bonuses for employees after best year ever. Bonus is minimal if any, e.g. 10% and then only 40% of that is in cash. The remainder is vested over 3 years. Pure BS! Pay scale is below average for PA employees and average for NY employees and that creates animosity between offices. So many better opportunities in financial services that CUBI.

Decent benefits. Company is doing great in terms of reputation and growth.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum raises are not much unless you are at the executive level. Bonuses are few to none despite long hours, dedication, and loyalty. Many people are jumping ship for other jobs. Lack of respect for certain departments that trickles down from management. Departmental silos.
