I cannot think of anything I enjoyed about this job.

Cons

It was a horrible place to work in all facets. Uppers management don't show respect they're demanding. They treat employees as badly as their customers and they've set themselves on a HIGH a standard and feel like they are above anyone else. HOURS ARE BRUTAL/ I usually worked 60+ hours a day and paid 1/2 time for extra hours worked. Managers are machines who care only about numbers. You are made to lie, harass and threaten customers to get what you want. So much more, this is a horrible company.

A free coffee on a night shift is a plus.

The whole vibe was just...off. Managers were straight-up hostile, like, constantly on a power trip. They acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us work there. The owner is probably chillin' on a yacht, totally clueless. Usually when a customer was legit furious about a messed-up account, the manager would just shrug it off, super rude. It was a total we-don't-care attitude, both for us and the customers. Felt like we were just cogs in a machine, totally disposable. Honestly, the place was a dumpster fire. Don't even think about applying!

Senior Management was terrible and selfish it was like high school with the clicks. They had a manager who was rude and bullied me and the company did nothing. Raises were terrible and the pay was terrible
