Pros

Most team members were friendly. We tried to help each other, shared pointers, and relied on memory just to survive.

Cons

After the first training, that was it. Employees were left to struggle with whatever was absorbed and forced to learn the hard way. There were no follow ups and no refreshers. The manager showed no concern, yet berated and blamed staff for poor performance. Leadership and systems were completely broken.
