Pros

Incredible bank that'd becoming a tech company. Great company that has a culture that puts its people first - this was really highlighted during the pandemic. While other banks are cutting costs, struggling with technology, becoming more bureaucratic and doing M&A as the only option - this bank is stepping into building a tech oriented bank of the future. Best job I've ever had.

Pros

I have worked at this Bank for 8 years. I really enjoy what I do and the people I work with. My team feels like family. We all look out for one another and everyone is willing to jump in and help regardless of their workload. I have always had great support from upper management and they are always available to assist or guide our team whenever needed. Upper management does a great job in recognizing people's hard work. The bank culture is great as well. They have a nice work/life balance.
