I have had so many great opportunities at Customers Bank, I have not only grown professionally but also personally & have have the opportunity to meet and work with some of the most wonderful people. Customers Bank values their employees and shows this through their support, commitment, flexibility & generosity. The support we received and is still being shown through this global pandemic was more than we could of asked for!

Cons

There is no formal training program which I think would be beneficial in many different areas. Lack in communication between teams & employees.

The executive team, following the standard and the example set by Jay Sidhu, are supportive, responsive and encourage team members to continue to grow in their careers. Team members are consistently acknowledged for their contributions and Jay Sidhu sets the example here by ending every group call/meeting by thanking the team members for their hard work.
