Pros

Through the pandemic this leadership has been proactive, compassionate, transparent and caring of each and every employee. Under more normal times they are open, honest in communication and genuinely care about their employees and customers.

Cons

Executive Leadership needs more diversity.

Pros

Feels more like a family where everyone is willing to do what is needed to get the job done. Their Covid-19 response has really shown how much they care about their employees by letting everyone work remote until it is safe to go back in the office. A great place to work!

No major cons I have experienced.
