      Provides a lot of opportunity to learn and grow while working with some amazing people, who inspire. Even with the size of the company growing, management is always approachable and really cares about the well-being of every Team Member.

      Pros

      One of the things I enjoy most about working at Customers Bank is having the freedom and latitude to work on projects that contribute to the improvement of the Bank in a multitude of areas. Places where I have worked previously tend to keep employees in a box of what they can and cannot do based on their role, however, at Customers Bank if you have an idea to improve a process team members are given the opportunity to "take the reigns" and make a positive impact. It's a great feeling knowing that management and leadership encourage team members to always strive to be better and take on critical tasks.

      Cons

      This could be considered a con depending on your preferred work style but Customers Bank is a fast paced work environment where you need to be extremely adaptable. You need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while taking on new priorities as they come down the pipeline. It keeps things exciting but may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Great culture, people are nice, understanding and everyone is approachable including the CEO. My boss is always trying to help me learn more and patiently explains to me things I don’t understand. Work from home always available option even before COVID-19. Great response and support to employees during COVID-19 Company does care for the employees.
