Expirience in SaS sales at the highest level. Good training, good for getting a feel for your career

Cons

Lack of conisistency in management (had 4-5 managers in less than 2 years). Very cliquey, if you don’t “bleed the blue” its hard to grow within the company

I’ve worked some dirty jobs and seen a lot so when it came to this position, I felt it was cushy! They’re no BS so as far as metrics go, you have to meet them but I understand that’s how they make their money. It’s sales. I met some great friends during my time here.

Cons

Big focus on return to office, not for me. In office environment isn’t great
