Pros
Great and highly surprising mix of casual work environment with everyone maintaining high level professionalism. Young(er) company that is growing quickly where ambition will pay off in the future. Changing company also makes for changing job roles. What you start doing might not be where you end up. As the company grows needs will arise someone will need to fill. Always learning and growing with it.
Cons
As an internet based company, the web doesn't follow a 9-5 schedule. There will always be something popping up outside of work hours that requires a few minutes of your time from time to time. You will need to be able to hit the ground running. We handle any training you will need, but you need to take it in quickly and apply it right then.
