Pros

Team Environment is the best I have ever experienced as there is always someone available to help. I get to work with the CEO and Vice President on a day to day basis and I definitely feel valued. You are never just a number here at CX3 and you feel like you are apart of a family. CEO Bryant Valentine goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need for success, he provided me with a brand new Mac book air on just my 1st week.

Pros

Cx3 Ads is a growing company that genuinely cares about their employees and clients. The team environment is very strong and everyone pushes each other forward to aim for success. You also have the opportunity to pave your path and continue to grow!

Cons

Not your typical 9-5 work hours, but what you put into your work you get out of it! Hard work is a must and it never goes unnoticed.

Pros

Great learning environment, came into here not knowing anything about the industry and I have learned so much. The team is so supportive and everyone wants each other to be successful. If you're looking for an opportunity to work with people passionate about what they do, this is the place.

Cons

Definitely not a 9-5 job, but it's worth the around the clock effort. Can't be lazy and work for this company!
