Pros

Monday-Friday 9-5 in the office. Nice, updated, open office with a view. Some basic benefits. Occasional team building events. Company swag/equipment upon hiring including a Macbook. Free lunch once a week.

Cons

Training is largely flawed. For an industry that no one knows about, you would think they would be more focused on this aspect. You get maybe a week, tops. And then you have to hope your peers have enough time to answer your questions and show you the right way, IF they even know themselves. If you want to make something fundamentally better, you will run into a brick wall because it wasn't their idea even if you have the qualifications to say otherwise. The culture is supposed to be fun with open communication. That's what they'll tell you. But it is the complete opposite. Everyone that works there, current or former, has feared for their job every single day. There is no communication from the top-down so you also have no idea what's going on with the company. Are the restructuring? Are they moving? What exactly are they hiring for? They'll never tell you. It's all top secret info in a company of less than 20 people.

Pros

Excellent people to work with. Although the training process is severely flawed, the employees of Cx3 genuinely care about you, and will never turn you away if you have a question. My former co-workers made going to work everyday a pleasure, and it was a great collaborative environment. The company is trying to become more “team friendly” by hosting team building events, and weekly lunches in the office. Other pros: casual dress code, MacBook provided to you upon starting, weekly lunch provided, snacks & beverages in the break room, company “swag” such as tumblers, hats, shirts, stickers, pens, and working in an open-layout office space that promotes collaboration.

Cons

I had to deduct 4 stars from my review due to the many issues occurring internally at Cx3 that overwhelmingly outweigh the pros of working there. Management knows exactly how to fix them, however, nothing was ever accomplished, and rather, the faults of poor performance get pushed onto the employees. I’ve seen it first-hand that employees feel threatened by upper management, as it’s a running joke that everyday if “you aren’t afraid of losing your job, do you even work there?” Is this a good mentality for employees to have? The job itself is stressful, tedious, and often can be disappointing when co-workers can be the ones that cause havoc on your offers, communication issues, or compliance issues becoming a constant battle, software is slow and often has issues, furthermore and ultimately hindering your personal growth in the company.

Pros

Super casual dress code and relaxed atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Always opportunity to earn great commission.

Cons

Eat or be eaten. If you can't keep up, you don't make the cut.
