Pros

Cyanotech actually works toward making people feel like they're important and cared about. Poor performance is coached and worked on until it no longer can be- Good performance is rewarded. Benefits are fantastic for all employees and pay is competitive. Profit sharing and stock programs are unrivaled by any company I've worked for. Leadership is taking this company in the right direction.

Cons

Some lack of new/ modern equipment, but it's on an upward trend.

Pros

Good product. Most people are nice. Benefits are really good. Location. Good and bad because of turn over there is room to move. If you could remove the Cons this would be a great company to work for.

Cons

Depends on department. Management. No Structure. No Standards. Not all departments but some have no structure or standards from Management. Some get away with ANYTHING. Attitude, gossip, badmouthing, work ethic, job performance, attendance, etc. Makes an extremely uncomfortable working environment and sometimes even HOSTILE. Executives practicing "Friends hiring Friends" cycle creates more problems than it solves.
