- Amazing product, with even more amazing horizontal growth opportunities - Great positioning in the new AI era - Remote work - Great culture & growth opportunities - Smart, friendly and supportive teammates - Decent compensation - Modern tech stack - Autonomy to innovate or experiment

- Can be demanding at times (to be expected for startups) - The engineering onboarding process could be improved

Pros

New DLP tech and innovative approach to data security. Big things happening and they're at the forefront of making it happen. - hybrid or remote - excellent benefits package that shows a priority for people - good pay, and a bonus structure than many startups don't have

Cons

Competitive market of new players in data security, though not much in the DLP space. So typical risk of being at a startup.

Toxic tech bro culture

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. Fast-paced environment if you thrive on stress. Some really great colleagues, though most don’t stick around long.

Cons

The CEO drives an aggressive, frat-like culture where hostility is mistaken for leadership. Meetings are combative, employees are pushed to exhaustion, and working insane hours is seen as a badge of honor. Hard partying is the norm. You can often find the CEO pushing young employees to take shots at company events and join in reckless behavior. Misogyny is rampant—few women are hired, and those who are don’t last. The only female executive left after only a couple months of bullying from the CEO. Sexist jokes are tolerated, and diversity efforts are nonexistent.
