Good network of colleagues, pay, benefits

Cons

You can tell from recent reviews there is some turmoil. Inspired by Elon, the CEO gives off this air of 'if you don't like it we don't want you here'. Startups are hard but there is a difference between adversity and toxicity... Cutting someone down to the point of tears is NOT productive or normal. We have to consider different viewpoints and use these as learnings to improve

Great Product, Opportunity for career growth, and long term potential

Pros

- Great leadership in the Marketing org - Extremely talented and hard working IC's in the marketing org - Plenty of opportunities for growth - Radical transparency from the executive team - Great compensation and benefits

Cons

- the team is pretty scattered so hard to get facetime with all the different teams and orgs at the company

Challenging and with a lot of room for growth

Pros

- An extraordinary set of engineers to work alongside with - Working on an impactful product that's being used to protect the data of top companies - Very transparent communication - you can expect direct and straightforward communication from the execs and it translates to other levels as well - Fair compensation, stock options, remote work

Cons

- I recognize that the startup dynamic is not for everyone, and Cyberhaven is not your regular 9-5 with a predefined set of tasks for the next 6 months. Things are changing and are dynamic, so there is always a level of uncertainty to keep you on your toes (though that's a part of what makes it fun)
