CTEC is a fast growing and diverse company. The upper management really allows you to forge your own path and get creative with problem solving.

Pros

All employers come with challenges and CTEC is no exception, but in the time I have been with the company I have learned resilience. Upper management is open to ideas and allow you to create new process and work through different situations.

Cons

None really because it is a growing company going though a transitional phase.
