Pros

- Flexible when it comes to home/life (depending on the manager) - Headquarters is within walking distance to Silver line

Cons

- Upper management does not listen to the ideas/problems given to them - Not willing to spend the money to have a properly running business - Low pay and overworked - Managers/Upper Management have no boundaries, call you on your PTO/days off unexpectedly - Benefits are poor, with no matching 401K - HR is expected to also be an office manager (not mentioned in the interview/job description) - Managers ask that employees do not tell people when they are leaving the company - Upper Management does not let company know when HQ staff leave until after they are already gone - Upper Management talks badly about the people who have left the company in detail to HQ staff - Benefits package says benefits end to the end of the month you leave/laid off/terminated, but they turn off your insurance the day you are terminated - Upper management waits until the last minute to do everything - Off-boarding is a nightmare - No proposal process; wait until the last minute to do them; no capture or business development managers; no Bid/No Bid process - Upper management expects employees to drop everything / cancel plans to meet their schedules (especially if they wait until the last minute) - No cellular service in HQ - Say they offer bonuses for proposal wins, but never gave the bonus

Pros

Most people are friendly. Office next to silver line.

Cons

No 401K matching. Lower salaries. CTEC will offer you less than your minimum and you will have to negotiate to meet that minimum. No Christmas bonuses. Clients receive cookie spreads every year. Office is cramped. Limited raises. No cost of living adjustments. High turnover rate. Long hours. There's a training program that people don't use. You have to pay the money back if you leave within 6 months. Most people don't want to make that commitment. There is a meeting when someone is let go. CEO discusses in great detail about their errors and why that person needed to go. Although legal it seems to be in poor taste. No onsite IT support to handle issues. Reception is in another office suite. There isn't an office manager. Everything is scattered and unorganized.

Pros

I got paid more than I did on the last FRSS contract. A whopping 63 cents an hour more!

Cons

-NO SICK LEAVE - even after you reach your programs anniversary date. -10 vacation days, but only after you reach your program anniversary date... so any time off you need to take between now and then is UNPAID. -Disorganized HR department - they 'never received' all the new hire paperwork from my team - even thought people sent it in one attachment. -HR and the contract program management need to get on the same page! HR would tell us one thing and then program management would tell us that wasn't an option for us, and vice versa.
