Flexibility is great and is offered to everyone.

Cons

CEO and Management is extremely unethical and could care less about the internal employees. There is no work-life balance and too much work is given!! Please do not waste your time at a Company, such as CTEC.

Pros

Nice coworkers. It depends on which section of the company you work for as to the environment.

Cons

Management is tight with money for employee salaries, benefits, work environment, etc. Benefits are terrible - high cost medical insurance, no 401K matching at all. No annual salary review, no bonuses for all the overtime work needed to meet the unreasonable deadlines on low budget Gov contracts. The "culture" is working low-paid employees to the bone.

Owns a variety of contracts. Good if you are a contractor. Staff is helpful.

Cons

Wish there was more communication with contractors who work outside of the VA area. Don't know about things unless you contract them first.
