Been with the company from the early days - and seen the business grow while maintaining its culture of winning, and delivering a world class customer experience. Financially, incredibly lucrative especially when you are in accelerators as a seller - I haven't seen commission rates like this ever. The team promotes from within - I came here as an AE, now into 1st line management. Love the support I get from leadership and our ability to knock on the CEO's door and ask for support in our business.
Cons
As we scale quickly - you're often running down the field while the ball is in the air. New product features are out frequently, or reprioritized so being on top of it is critical. Expectations need to be clearly defined as sellers, and as the bar is raised on a quarterly basis. Internal tooling is also going through a much needed upgrade.
