1. Great work life balance 2. Shuttle service available to metro stations and charges are based on the distance. 3. Cafeteria charges are reasonable. 4. Managers are cooperative. 5. Extending post work hours is generally not expected (specially for women). 6. Celebration of festivals with full enthusiasm and frequent team outings . 7. HRs are cooperative.
Cons
1. Negligible to no work pressure which also limits the learning opportunities . 2. Most of the project are confined to domain specific knowledge . 3. Mandatory to complete 9.5 hours on a daily basis. 4. Work from home facility is not available. 5. Bond of 3 years for freshers with whopping bond amount of 2 lakhs 6. Notice period of 2 months during probation and 3 months post confirmation. 7. Transport team is not much cooperative. 8. Tea/Coffee is chargeable.
