Flexible work hours and decent pay. Onsite cafe. Project timelines are rarely met and/or canceled. Large variety of work. Very interesting technology

Cons

Poor mid management. Matrix organization structure prevents progress. Too many chiefs and not enough workers. The good people generally move on in a year or two.
