- I have been looking for Pros for almost a year and nothing comes to mind

Cons

- Favoritism - 80's management style - Managers have full power and are fully taking advantage of the situation - Pay is very low compared to other companies in the industries and area - HR is on the management side -- If you have an issue better looking for a new job - No process, everyone has their WoW and it's a mess.
