Pros

Cutting edge technology, smart phones would not exist with out them. Pay was good, but atmosphere is not.

Cons

They have a beat down mentality. Executive management loves to intimidate you with set up questions. Then they pull the thread and have no trepidation in trying to make you look like a fool despite your talents.

It was a wonderful experience to work at Cymer. People are very friendly and smart. The environment is also excellent.

Cons

It is a semiconductor company. If you are not an engineer, it is not easy to find a better way for promotion.

Management team has a passion for what they are doing and concern for their employees. Alot of new management in the last few years, and for the most part they have been a good choice.

Cons

Like everywhere else, the market is down and there is not any upside for salaries.
