It just lasted one week, they were super unclear what the hiring process I started in October and they couldn't fix my situation cause they said I am a "foreigner" even if I am already in Germany and with a German degree, they never speak up. They wanted just you to comply with orders and say nothing about it. I needed clarity in the hiring process but it was never fast and they were expecting me to reply immediately, everything was expected at the second. The people that work there have been working for so long that are used to this dynamic but things are different now. They never understood the situation of an immigrant
