1. Communication across the team is very clear and transparent 2. Everyone is always willing to help whenever support is needed. 3. The team is incredibly friendly and approachable. 4. More than enough time for onboarding. 5. Proximity to the management - I am well informed with latest updates. 6. No micromanagement 7. Highly collaborative environment 8. They recognize hard work and reward it accordingly 9. They appreciate talent and make you feel valued 10. Consistent employee survey feedback to feel their pulses 11. I genuinely feel excited coming to work every day, I love it here. 12. Honestly, I could go on and on!

Cons

I truly wish I had one. I sincerely wish I did. It might sound like an exaggeration, but it’s honestly the truth, I don’t have any cons to mention.

Team-like mindset, invested in your success Amazing product market fit with tons of testimonials Well known in the industries they’re in Innovation and growth Amazing people

Cons

Some disorganization while multiple acquisitions settle, both from a people/org structure perspective and also from product/tech perspective. That said, they’re aware of the issues and actively working to address them. For some sales roles, experience will be necessary to lean on, and/or desire to dive in, test, and learn any way you can. More resources are becoming available over time for enablement, but it can be chaotic, which is expected with growth and innovation. If you need perfect structure and everything laid out for you, this is definitely not for you. If you are driven, willing to learn, etc, you can thrive and be welcomed by likeminded people. IMO, progress is more important than perfection, and things are headed in that direction.
