Pros

Flexibility and Good Work-Life Balance - There's enough freedom to manage your time and work in a way that suits you best, with hybrid and remote options (although it depends on team's requirement). The colleagues are great and mid-level management is supportive and trusts your expertise. Plenty of Internal Opportunities - Company is market leader in various products so there are plenty of opportunities for one to explore and seek their areas of passion or interest.

Cons

Since company recently gone through various mergers and acquisitions, processes are being streamlined, so there are minor hiccups but it will be addressed soon.

The work culture is good—colleagues are respectful, and the environment is fairly relaxed. Management is transparent and fairly open, which creates a sense of trust and makes it easier to communicate concerns or ideas. One of the benefits is the flexible work timings, which support a healthy work-life balance. There are also strong opportunities to grow technically, especially for self-driven individuals.

Cons

For globally distributed teams, team collaboration can be lacking at times, which may which can lead to siloed work.
