Pros

Hands-on experience with Mozaik software, widely used in the cabinet and woodworking industry. Gained strong understanding of cabinet design, CNC programming, and manufacturing workflows. Opportunity to troubleshoot real-world design and production issues, enhancing technical skills. Learned to navigate Mozaik modules such as Cabinet Editor, Assembly Editor, Optimizer, and CNC setup. Worked directly with clients, helping them implement and customize Mozaik based on their production needs. Developed skills in edge banding, hardware placement, and part operations through software configuration. Exposure to integration with CNC machines like Homag, Biesse, or SCM through post processor files. Built expertise in resolving software-related issues remotely, improving problem-solving and communication skills.

Cons

Need to rely on senior team members at times for advanced troubleshooting.
