Pros

Since joining Cyncly in February 2025, I’ve been impressed by the team’s energy and openness. The company is actively implementing new systems and tools, which shows a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. There’s always something new to work on, which keeps things engaging. Managers and colleagues are approachable and genuinely supportive. I feel that if I give my 100%, there's real opportunity for growth and impact.

Cons

The pace and scope of work reflect the company’s exciting growth, but at times it feels like we could benefit from a few more hands on deck. With so many initiatives underway, additional team members would help distribute the workload more evenly and maintain momentum without burnout. The current team is doing a great job, but scaling up could help us go even further.

Pros

Cyncly has been one of the most rewarding workplaces I’ve been part of. The flexibility here is a huge plus – I’ve had the freedom to manage my time and work in a way that suits me best, with hybrid and remote options that really support work-life balance. The leadership team is supportive and trusts your expertise, which gives you a real sense of ownership over your work. What I love most is how TA is treated as a strategic partner, not just a transactional function – we’re involved in decision-making, employer branding, DEI, and key process improvements. The exposure is global, with opportunities to work with teams across APAC, EMEA, and beyond. The culture is truly inclusive, collaborative, and respectful. If you’re looking for growth, autonomy, and a people-first culture, Cyncly is the place to be.

Cons

As the organization continues to evolve following multiple acquisitions, some systems, tools, and processes are still being standardized across regions, which can occasionally lead to inconsistencies or slower turnarounds. However, there have been recent improvements, including the introduction of new tools that are more intuitive and easier to work with. Additionally, working within a global matrix structure means that cross-functional collaboration can sometimes take longer, particularly when aligning with stakeholders across different time zones.
