Fair job as an interpreter, can be tough with high-demand languages (Spanish), some languages are in less demand, but the pay is the same.

Cons

Incompetent management - google the lawsuits. Little to no young people, managers are clingy to their job to make it till retirement. Very low compensation, non-existent growth over time
