-The trainers are fun -Floor managers are helpful -Flexible PTO and Sick time -All the overtime your brain can handle

Cons

-Poor Wages: Dunkin Donuts cashiers make more money than Cyracom Interpreters. -No time to breath between calls: You are a talking robot from the first second of your shift starting time until the last second of your shift end, really non-stop. -Breaks too short: Only two 15 minute breaks per day is not enough to overcome the emotional and mental trauma you experience after some 911 and hospital calls. -Micromanaged with metrics: Forget about a bonus or a yearly raise. Their metrics are so intense you will never get them.

Full time schedule available, insurance benefits including dental, if looking to gain experience as an interpreter this is a great start.

Cons

Uncompetitive wages, uninspiring & cold work environment, poor English levels of supervisors & upper management, sub-standard written internal reference material and term glossaries, unorganized internal communication, over 150 emails per day that are for the most part irrelevant, constant problems with the agent consoles, limited access to high quality learning material, rude agents in the quality services department, employees are dissuaded from using the bathroom in order to reduce adherence issues.
