Pros

Get to meet people from all over the world, fast growing with opportunity to move up(not much career development) for those who have experience in other fields.

Cons

Overworked, no appreciation from upper management. No job security. As a supervisor you schedule will fluctuate quarterly and never know if you will work a weekend or overnight. Your score dictates your schedule, if you work weekends and or holidays and if you cover for others. Unfortunately your score is mostly based on retention, which cannot be controlled since entry level employees do not make enough to want to stay. NOT WORTH THE PROMOTION FROM INTERPRETER TO SUPERVISOR!

Pros

Bring your dog to work on Friday is the only great part of the company.

Cons

The corporate dynamic is much like the show, The Office excluding the humor. Middle Management and Upper Management promote a male dominant work environment with an emphasis on unethical behavior.

Pros

Earned Interpreter Certificate can be used someplace else. Interview and onboarding all done electronically & remote.

Cons

* Inadequate training: after one week of classroom mediocre training, you are expected to begin interpreting calls. See a list of terms & expected to apply them flawlessly minutes later in calls. * If employee older, say above 50, female trainers are condescending: your problem is your short-term memory, get easily distracted, and refuse to help you with learning material. * Young female trainers hit on male trainees unashamed - but claim to be "professional." * Old training computers - unable to adjust even monitor brightness. * Unable to ask ANY questions - will be held against you. Employees walk around mute, staring straight or down, flat faced like zombies. * No benefits - not even paid holiday - during first 90 days. Just $17.00 hourly. * Any bonus offer is unworthy the unsettling feeling of moving sand under your feet. High turnover w/training held twice monthly - get it?
