If you're lucky enough to be on the "favorite" list of management, you'll do well and they'll create new positions and titles for you, even though you don't have the technical skills or acumen to do the job.
Cons
This place is the worst. The managers and executives like to portray it as a "global corporation" but it's run like a mom and pop shop. If you're in the "knowledge worker" category, maybe your life is a little easier at CyraCom. If you're a translator, your life is pure hell. The contact centers are all aging with old technology that doesnt work half of the time. Calls get dropped and translators are blamed. Honestly, there are better places to work if you're a translator. Stay away from this place, trust the reviews youre reading.
