      Great place to work

      Pros

      What you get is what you see. I was an intern for CyrusOne for two summers. Both summers I was welcomed in with open arms and given task that would help the company overall. Everyone was really nice to me as an intern. This is what made me want to come back to work as a full time employee. I was partially scared that it would be different as a full time employee but it isn't at all. Everyone is just as welcoming and friendly.

      Cons

      It's hard to get a quick response from others in the office.

      Pros

      It's great to work for a company that values it's employees. From day one, I have felt included, and empowered. The culture is diverse and the HR team does a great job of celebrating our differences. I work with great people and learn something new everyday. The work is fast paced, yet rewarding . The CEO believes in working hard but enables us to have a great work/life balance. Also, the company is growing in people and expanding in business globally which equals bona fide job security. CyrusOne is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The open cubicle office space can be a little distracting on a busy day but I usually just pop in my blue tooth headphones and carry on.

      Winning Culture

      Pros

      I have been at CyrusOne for nearly two years and I can honestly say that is it is the best organization I have ever been a part of. Everyone has a "winning" attitude that helps us continue to be successful year after year and it makes the workplace really enjoyable. They celebrate diversity, recognize performance, allow the opportunity to be yourself, emphasize community involvement, and give plenty of time to enjoy away from the office. Other perks: 401K with a match, very competitive pay, employee stock purchase plan with a 15% discount, entire week off between Christmas holiday and New Years, and relaxed dress code.

      Cons

      With being a somewhat young company, there are certainly learning curves as CyrusOne continues to grow and win at a faster rate than the competition in the industry. The pace can be challenging for some, but for me, it provides an opportunity to stay busy and no day is ever the same. Only other con is that not all of the executives are in the corporate office often.
