Pros

Very positive work environment, great incentives, executive board provides amazing leadership. A wonderful culture, you are encouraged to give back by volunteering . Everyone in management values family time for the employees and that is a big pro. I could write a book on why you should join the CyrusOne team, but you won't really know the value of working for a great company until you start on your first day at CyrusOne.

Cons

If you don't like a fast pace than this is not the company for you.

Decent benefits, pay, and inclusion of culture.

Cons

This company "appears" to be caring but they are very underhanded to their employees! They are so focus on growth of revenue that the quality of business/customer service suffers.
