Support of mid-level and upper management; great work/life balance; great company values but even better is that the company actually practices them; everyone has an open door; fantastic group of people; interesting work - never a dull moment!

Cons

Not a whole lot, to be honest. But the health insurance could be better. Extremely expensive.

Great stability, the company is growing and expanding. Great family values, provide emergency time off (unscheduled,but earned, vacation days) for family events. 11 paid holidays.

Cons

12 hour technician shifts: Less commute time, overall, but 12 hour shifts, still. Health insurance offered is unreasonably expensive. Top heavy, lots of CVPs.
