Need extra cash, have some overtime. Great clients. Heavy customer service oriented which is a major plus.

Cons

Need extra cash, have some overtime. Cyrusone bought Cervalis last year, Legacy Cervalis culture continues. The NOC in the Wappingers Falls DC bears all the responsibility for all the North East DC's. Bare bones staffing. Little to no upgrade path.

Pros

Decent benefits including medical/matching 401k. Rapid growth and market expansion. Infrequent random gifts for nice little morale boosts. Overall, company does seem to care about it's employees.

Cons

Growing pains. Communication does not keep up with growth of company. Overall goal is to work as one team, but overall result is many teams working in different directions.
