Agree with everything in 9/15/13 Review. The corporate culture in HQ is abysmal and upper management doesn't care. We keep having someone in accounting leave every week, which places a burden on the few of us still here. We're shutting down our Houston accounting office, and two people who were interested in relocating decided not to after seeing the corporate work environment in Carrollton.

The people at the bottom are hard workers and have good attitudes.

Cons

People wanted this to get better going corporate, the expectations fell flat. The HR Director verbally tells you if you do not like it, leave. The CFO is even worse, she prides herself on her favoritism and is unkind and is proud of it. She doesn't have a problem voicing it either. Do not cross her or you are gone. Makes me wonder if the CFO shares this same view. People are dropping like flies and the moral is low. The managers are not working managers, they are delegators, not even good at that.
