- None that I can think of.

Cons

- Exhausting, 100% reactive. - If you forsee an issue and speak up, it doesn't seem to matter. It will become a crisis anyway. - People without requisite skillsets in certain positions. This leads to un/ill-informed decisions. - No value given to quality work - put out a fire and wait for the next. - HR confusion / issues. You need to take it upon yourself to verify all is in order (don't count on HR to do this).

None that I can think of.

Cons

So many to list I don't know if I have enough space. First off, the environment I worked in would be best described as confrontational, at worst hostile. There is/was a very big fish in a very small pond that seemed to run things, and another with no technical skill or training that seemed to have management support above others that did, unbelievably. The day I left CyrusOne was actually a very happy day for me and I haven't regretted leaving, only the time I wasted there. If I could give them zero stars out of five I would.

Pros

Some of People are really talented and good to be around.

Cons

Low pay, little or no opportunity for advancement. Creativity stifeled then stolen. Workers are treated poorly and are given no real reason to have any stake in the company other than to collect paycheck. Way too much for way to little, many chiefs few indians. Organization of company is confusing and barely functional.
