Pros

The company is very successful and exciting to be involved with.. They have processes in place to reward employees for special accomplishments that is not seen at other places. There are some incentives at management levels and above that attempt to retain talent.

Cons

With that all said, the work is not evenly distributed, with little accountability. There is so much potential for success, but a company cannot grow at a rate like it is and not work harder to build a stronger and larger support workforce.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, good coworkers, free bottled water, the occasional free lunch, some would consider this location to be a fraternity house

Cons

Management will say one thing and do another. 60-80 hour work weeks. They will tell you that you will work a 3 month rotation on nights but that's far from true. Not very much room for growth. Managers will tell you what you want to hear and not be direct.

Unqualified leader who steal other peoples ideas for their advancement.

Pros

There is a lot of great workers who help each other when needed and they try to develop a team.

Cons

Its obvious that the current lead has no experience in leadership, management, and working with team members. This person demands respect from the the workers he steals ideas from and or passes his mistakes onto. It is very apparent that he helps train his new hire friends before the other new hires that started at the same time.
