I have been working for 2 years here. I feel Cyware is better than a lot of startups in the market. It is truly a fast paced organization focused on building a great product. The fact that the company has been able to raise a round of funding in this funding winter speaks a lot about the vision of the company. They care a lot about the employees and a lot of policies are employee centric. There are a lot of employees who have spent over 3yrs here and have seen a fast growth in their careers.

Cons

It might not be a place for everyone. Only people with a mindset to thrive and wanting to learn in a fast paced environment can survive here.
