Cyware is an amazing workplace. Out of the 3 startups I have worked at, my learning curve has been really steep at Cyware because the team and leadership are always there to support you. Not only do you get exciting and challenging projects to work on but they provide you with everything you need.

Cons

It’s a startup with some big goals in its vision that needs hard dedication and ownership skills. Not everyone’s cup of tea.

I have been working at Cyware for more than 2 years now. Amazing company with amazing people and a culture that values your hard work and hustle. A true startup at its core solving real-world challenges in cybersecurity. The company is growing really fast and witnessing big-time growth and international expansion. My manager appreciates and values my hard work which is the best thing one could ask for. The company has employee friendly and employee focused HR policies and makes efforts to drive maximum benefits to its employees.

Cons

Cyware is a very fast growing startup and that growth doesnt come easy. I have seen several short-timers who come with expectations on high work-life balance but I highly recommend them to not join this startup because its all about learnings. One cannot learn without real practice and practice requires dedicated efforts and hard work which also results in big gains. So it's up to those who want to get coached from the best or see that as criticism.
