Worst management I Toxic Work Culture I Unprofessional Seniors

Pros

There are no pros working with a company like Cyware. The top management is always busy getting into your personal stuff that they forget and deviate from the overall business goals. Worst work culture since the CEO of the company has no values. I have work with so many companies but I would never recommend you to join Cyware since the top management over here are unethical and unprofessional.

Cons

CEO is an epitome unprofessionalism and unethical practices. He is so arrogant and has no value system. He would get into your personal life and make your life miserable by abusing you. Worst work environment.

Building Painkillers for Cybersecurity; Not Vitamins

Pros

Cyware is on a different path altogether. Unlike legacy companies and most of the startups that focus on solutions that are good to have, this company has chosen to build must have painkillers by reimagining the way organizations can manage threats. Cyber Fusion Center and intelligence sharing are two core solutions that Cyware has built with unparalleled technology behind them. As a technology enthusiast, i have found a strong purpose to work at Cyware. The entire tech team is closely knit with guidance and mentoring available from peers and leadership alike. I am very thankful to Cyware for pursuing and acting on a very strong and futuristic vision and also providing its team all resources they need to accomplish their goals.

Cons

If its not meant for you, its not meant for you. I had some peers who were unable align their gears with Cyware's "growth mode" which is fine because everyone has a different vision for their career. Startups that have now grown into market leaders do not serve things on a platter. You need to be dynamic, fast-moving, and ownership-driven to make an impact within the company and in the market. If you are looking for an unchallenging role; then Cyware is not meant for you.
