      Pros

      Tons of room for advancement and large commissions

      Cons

      Not a con for me because I have always been commission based and prefer it, but the base commission is only $20 an hour or about $3,200 a month. If you like to grind though you can make 8-10 k a month in commissions in warranty!

      Salary is nice but kill your self to get it.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Warranty policy is garbage. Supervisor micro manages. We’re not allowed to fix anything but they want good reviews. It’s futile.

      Pros

      Long standing company with a proven history of working through the market changes with big corporate backing. Great place to learn the business and construction, very open to hiring with no experience.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism in the rankings. Expected to work very long hours on a salaried pay with no overtime. Just a “number” to most of the management if they know you at all. Not a family friendly place to work.
