Pros

Good Health Insurance at low cost.

Cons

Employees tend to be bought by contractors with gifts to influence decisions of awarding projects to certain contractors. Everyone has their hand in the cookie jar. Not a diverse group of people. Looked down on if a minority. No award for doing an over and above job. Serious reform needs to happen if DR Horton wants to stay America’s #1 home builder. They specialize on quantity not quality. Build as many houses quick and that’s all. High turnover rate for employees 1-2 years, if that, except for management… interesting.
