Not much training and building smelled like sewage

This may be an office by office basis but the one I worked at the management was awful, there were different rules for the agents that made more sales, no training and no marketing available .

Poor training for advancement not a lot of upward mobility unless someone leaves

My hours are 10am to 7pm, which is understandably difficult for those with familial responsibilities and young children.

No work life balance Management will use you as scapegoat when their ideas don’t work Poor to no training Terrible communication Too many changes Too much drinking

Can be hard to balance work life but managers are pretty good about this.
