Many rules enforced which sometimes feel suffocating and you're always watched. Not a place for long term growth since it's hard for a big company to change. Be prepared for inefficient workflows by the lack of changes over the years. Team communication is not the best, not everyone is able work well according to their job scope.

Treated with no respect. They pick their favourites and if you are not one of them you will get no hours or very little hours. If you get hired for store set up, do not expect to be still working for the company once the stall opens. They give no hours out to roughly half the people who were apart of stall set up. Stall set up is very tiring and physically and emotionally draining. No to little training. Expected to know everything. Higher management is very rude and can sexist towards women. Shocking when it comes to work health and safety. no feedback on how you are doing until they give you no hours and then tell you, you have a poor performance. Yet won`t explain what you have done wrong or how to improve. They (the higher ups) barely speak to some of the workers so you don't know if you are doing the right thing or not. So poorly managed. the list goes on and on.
